The owner was delightful, and we ate some great food here. The old bodega has been modernised and could be a marvelous venue, but the tables weren’t ready and the lights stayed off for a long time. The owner seemed terribly disorganised. A bit more preparation and another person to help with service would make a real difference.

We spent one night in your magnificent home, Carlota, and wow! The room was a ten, the bed an eleven, the bathroom a twelve, and everything else just kept going. You’re a warm, caring, wonderful hostess, and you even took photos of us that could belong in Hola! The family books, the mirror, and the history of the house were all impressive. Staying here is an absolute must in Montachez. Truly ten out of ten. Thanks for everything. Nuria and Sergio

Carlota is such a welcoming host and will help with anything, from finding good local food to whatever else you need. We felt right at home, and Montánchez will always be in our hearts. Thanks for everything, Carlota. We hope to welcome you back to Las Palmas soon with open arms. The hotel is a charming little place in a magical village, perfect for experiencing authentic Extremadura or just disconnecting. The old architecture has loads of character, the decor is tasteful, the furnishings luxurious, and the bathroom modern. Our room had quality linens, comfortable pillows, embroidered towels, shower gel, a TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. There are also spacious rooms for celebrations. Choosing this place was definitely a great decision.
