The staff deserve full marks from me. They were friendly, helpful, and informative. The community is well presented, with spacious shared gardens and plenty of apartment blocks that seem well suited to a small family home. Many have lovely wide views across Oliva and out to sea. There’s also a large pool, gym, bar, and restaurant.

It’s really quiet out of season, and the views are amazing. There’s nothing nearby, so you need a car. The office and maintenance people are nice, and they offer good deals on three-month rentals. We’d be happy to come back.

We had a delicious paella for lunch at Asador Bella Vista, in a beautiful location. The food was excellent, and the restaurant has been beautifully renovated under new management from Valencia. They’re open every day except Monday, and I’d definitely recommend trying lunch or dinner. Wishing Guillermo and his team lots of luck and success!

The staff are nice, but the prices are higher than at local bars. It’s short on entertainment and the atmosphere feels flat. Someone needs to liven the place up. The opening hours are limited too, currently Thursday to Sunday, noon to 9pm.

We arrived today and reception was extremely efficient. Our two-bedroom apartment was just as described. We enjoyed lunch in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, and all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. I have a feeling this is going to be a great holiday.
