The hotel is closed, and my 1.5k wedding deposit still hasn’t been refunded, three weeks after they said our booking was cancelled. I’m contacting the police. Be aware of the fraud.

A super cosy hotel with a great restaurant and swimming pool. Just right for a weekend getaway.

The staff were still gentle and professional. It’s a lovely historic property in a great, quiet spot inside Montseny park, but the whole place needs a full upgrade and refurbishing before it can become the fancy, elegant destination it was originally meant to be.

This mythical spot in the woods is lovely and very quiet, with hardly any guests. It gave me the feeling of being in an Agatha Christie story. I couldn’t find anything on the menu card that appealed to me, though. I wanted something vegetarian that evening.
