Maria, our host, was the best. It’s a wonderful spot to escape the noise of the big city, and the sunset is amazing.

Yaiza made the visit especially memorable with her kindness and quick replies. She even let us light the fireplace and brought the firewood herself, and the sandwiches on homemade bread were excellent. The hamlet has a special charm and sits just a few kilometers from Morella. We’d love to come back for longer. Mushroom season is just starting, so it could be a good choice if that’s what you’re after.

We stayed in the El Roser apartment. One of the beds was a little sunken, but otherwise the place is well worth recommending. The apartment’s downstairs bar was very good and convenient, and you can buy firewood there too. The service was a 10, with Yaiza always attentive and friendly. For peace and nature, the location is hard to beat, just a short distance from Morella. Just keep in mind there are no services nearby.

The landscape is unparalleled, and the town is very quiet. We found the inn’s staff really nice, and the stay was very comfortable.
