Homity Exclusive Playa Granada Beach & Golf - Marina Golf

We didn’t mind driving to the beach, since parking was plentiful and easy. The apartment itself was huge, spotless, and finished with every luxury detail, even some unexpected ones. We’ll definitely come back.

The huge terrace was a real plus, and the apartment’s minimalist style was very pleasant. It’s well equipped for 3/4 people, with aerothermal heating and hot water. Since it was off-season, we were allowed to bring our dog. The golf course next door isn’t our favorite, and the property is by Granada beach, set apart from the rest of the city, which was what we wanted. There’s a little wear and tear, but nothing unbearable. The person who handed over the keys was attentive throughout, and we had a fantastic stay.

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with what guests needed. The apartments are new, beautifully finished, and come fully furnished. Even the kitchen appliances feel thoughtfully chosen and equipped. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

The staff were attentive, and the apartment had everything we needed, plus more. It’s a high-end property, with rentals handled directly by owners or agencies. Motril’s beaches and golf course are 500 meters away, and the town center is 4 km away. I recommend it, though it’s a bit pricey.
