PUSHE Playa Granada Beach&Golf 3

PUSHE rented the apartment for months without paying the owner and offered no help getting the Número Único for legal rentals. I found the company unreliable and dishonest, and wouldn’t recommend working with them.

The staff were rude and no help, and the stay was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Edit: If you need evidence, see the lies and legal threats they made in response to this review from a paying customer.

Apartment 23 is nice and looks like the pictures, though it isn’t the one shown in this photo. It does need some maintenance: the bathroom doors squeak, the doorstops are rusty, the shower seals are dirty, and the terrace tiles lift when you walk on them. A houseplant looked like it hadn’t had water in weeks, but we watered it and it came back. We only got one key for everyone, and the garage opener didn’t work. The bigger problem was how the booking was handled. We had reserved Pushe Beach & Golf 23 for four adults and two babies, but they canceled on the day we arrived, leaving us stranded without accommodation. Our flight and rental car were delayed, so we got there half an hour after the agreed time. We’d already spoken with them and explained the problem; they said they’d call to help when we arrived. Ten minutes later, they canceled and stopped responding. They didn’t give us any grace period. After many calls, they reactivated the reservation the next day, and the person handing over the key mockingly asked where we’d spent the night. People nearby told us this had happened to others too, which made it seem like their usual way of doing things to make more money. A tourism company shouldn’t treat people this way when delays happen beyond their control. I don’t recommend booking with them. There are plenty of apartments in Playa Granada with much better service. I’m sure the owner regrets leaving management to this company.
