Hesperia Murcia Centro

We spent four nights here, and the location near the cathedral was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely presented. The facilities fit the price, and having a gym was an unexpected bonus. Our stay was affected by a check-in that took over an hour, and some of our group were kept awake by other guests making noise overnight.

What stood out at Hesperia Hotel Murcia Centro was how helpful the whole team was, day and night. I was visiting from the UK and don’t speak Spanish, but staff patiently helped me book taxis, find places to eat, and get whatever support I needed. I didn’t catch anyone’s name, but every person I spoke with was kind and genuinely helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the central location made exploring Murcia easy. Truly excellent service 👌

We had two nights here three weeks ago and found the hotel lovely, clean, and ideally located. The manager and staff were pleasant and so helpful. We had to return yesterday after a mishap with my ID card, and they kindly upgraded us to a suite, left fruit and treats as a welcome, and included breakfast. We’ll definitely come back. Top-class hotel, great staff and service.

The rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the desk staff were very kind. I’d happily recommend this hotel. It’s well above what I’d expect from a 3-star place.
