For the price, it was good. The room was clean, the beds were very good, and it wasn’t too noisy at night. It had everything we needed except tea and coffee making facilities. The location was good and not far from the centre. We paid 15 Euro a day to park at Pacoche Hotel opposite, which was okay, though some of the spaces were very small.

The rooms were clean and lovely, and it was quiet enough. Everything is close by, and the staff were amazing, as helpful as they could possibly be. We’ll stay again and have recommended it to friends.

We didn’t stay. The beds looked like something from a jail cell on TV, no bigger than a child’s bed, with a thin bit of cloth for bedding. It was dark, there was no air con, and the shower was in a cupboard you could barely turn around in, with a cheap plastic door. I refused to stay. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

The hotel was great value, and the location was excellent, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. My room was nice and clean, with a window facing the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a really good stay. Thanks, hotel Universal Murcia. I’ll visit again.

The area was very quiet, and everything was clean. The room was comfortable, though the A/C couldn’t be adjusted from inside the room. I called reception twice to have it turned off, but only for a couple of hours because the air vents wouldn’t close properly. Even so, spending a night here was definitely a good decision. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
