We had such a relaxing, enjoyable stay at this stunning, well-kept resort. The service was so kind and attentive, and the buffet was clean, delicious, and overflowing with food choices. The animators made the entertainment nights much more fun. Highly recommend!

Loly, Sergio, and Miquel made our holiday especially memorable. Their kindness, attention, and positive energy made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our stay. At Iberostar Albufera Park, the food was delicious, fresh, and wonderfully varied every day. The service was friendly and professional from beginning to end. We enjoyed every moment and felt at home from day one. Everything was simply perfect, and we definitely plan to return, hopefully this summer. Highly recommended!

I was there for Mallorca 312, and the hotel even opened breakfast at 5 AM for participants. That kind of dedication says a lot. Juan was a host like no other, nothing but love for him. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond. The food was top-level for an all-inclusive resort. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll most likely come back next year. Highly recommended! 🫶🏼

Update: The evening after I posted this, management knocked on our door with concrete plans to fix the issues immediately. That's what reviews are for, so thank you for listening, Iberostar Management. Why the 1-star review? We stayed from May 18th until May 28th. At first glance, this looks like an okay 4-star resort. Staff are friendly, there are lots of activities for young children, the beach is nearby, and most public areas look well maintained. Housekeeping in particular was genuinely friendly and welcoming. But the food hygiene and maintenance problems were serious enough to ruin our stay. By far the biggest problem was hygiene in the buffet restaurants. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly saw unsafe food handling, not just a one-off mistake. Cooks handled raw chicken with gloves, then served cooked food without changing them. Utensils used for raw meat were reused for cooked food. At the ice cream area, staff picked things up from the floor or cleaned surfaces with the same gloves they used to serve food. Staff from different buffet sections also kept shaking hands or touching shared surfaces and then going straight back to food handling. Plenty of guests might not notice, but once we did, it was hard to feel comfortable eating there. The buffet hygiene standards felt unacceptable. Safety was another concern. The restaurant floor was often still wet and slippery when it opened. We saw a child slip and drop a plate, which shattered. Thankfully she wasn't seriously hurt, but it could easily have ended much worse. We also had a bathroom ceiling leak whenever we showered. That alone wasn't a huge problem, but there were lots of little maintenance issues like it around the resort. The kids' entertainment and the short walk to the beach are real positives, and the place looks impressive on the surface. Still, the hygiene concerns were a dealbreaker for us. Sadly, we won't be returning to Iberostar.
