Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

We’re already looking forward to coming back for visit number five. This was our fourth stay since 2012, and we felt at home again. Pilar always remembers us and went out of her way to make the visit extra special and memorable. Thank you to her and everyone. Everything was lovely from the moment we walked in. We had a late flight, but the staff had dinner set aside for us in the restaurant. The team are second to none, professional and friendly, and it really feels like they want you to have the best holiday, even as part of a large chain. Talking with other guests, it’s clear lots of people return here.

The spa was better than I expected, with a range of rooms and experiences, not just an indoor pool and steam room. The water was warm, though a couple of rooms were out of service and I would have liked to try them. There’s also a nice outdoor jacuzzi in the pool. The sunbeds were comfortable, but a little crowded together in some spots. People saving them before breakfast was mildly annoying, though that seems common in European hotels. The food really stood out. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared, with a huge variety, including fish cooked while you wait. The A La Carte menu was consistently good, and the restaurant seemed well managed. Staff worked hard and put in real effort for guests. Any issues were sorted with little fuss, though there wasn’t much to resolve because things were generally organised well. The hotel is small, which gives it an intimate feel, and has direct beach access and a bus stop outside. Rooms were comfortable, though some pillows were lumpy. I’d have liked a selection of tea bags in the room, but they brought them when asked. A small detail. The hotel seems very well managed.

Javier was especially kind to us. He regularly brought toys and balloons to my 21-month-old daughter in the restaurant, which she adored and which made all of us smile. He was so generous and big-hearted, even among such a distinguished team. When he saw us struggling with our cases on the way to check out, he helped carry them to reception. I wanted to thank and tip him properly, but couldn’t find him after using the ATM. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to Javier. We came for 11 days this August with my wife, daughter, and parents, and left yesterday feeling we’d had the very best in hospitality. The service put guests first, and no detail seemed too small. Housekeepers, restaurant staff, the kids club team, porters, and everyone else were hard-working, friendly, and helpful. The buffet food was delicious, varied, and very high quality. The hotel is clearly well managed. Many staff have been there a long time, and many guests return regularly, which says a lot. It’s expensive, but worth every penny. I appreciated the paper bags for taking pastries and fruit from the buffet, plus the box by the pool with balls, inflatables, and buckets and spades left by previous guests. It’s convenient and cuts plastic waste. There were practically no single-use plastics in the hotel. A couple of small things could be better: tea bags in the rooms alongside the coffee pods, and less lumpy pillows. We hope to come back next year. Thanks, Matt

From the check-in welcome to the consistently kind service, everything felt wonderful. The food was fresh and delicious, from breakfast through the evening buffet, which is rare to find at a buffet. The beach and pool were great, and every staff member was so kind, including the kids club team. Our recently renovated room was beautiful, sparkling clean, and always smelled amazing. This hotel is a rare gem and deserves all the compliments.
