What made the place feel relaxed was how easygoing the staff were about the rules. A mother used the gym with her son even though it’s meant for over 16s, and nobody seemed bothered. Kids played football outside the restaurant, and instead of sending them to the court, staff joined in. Children could also serve themselves food and practise carrying plates and cups without staff making a fuss. We booked through Jet2 and had a great stay at this four-star hotel. Half-board meals were excellent and catered for everyone, and the entertainment staff were great. There was one heated pool, while the children’s area was in constant use as the weather began to warm up. Keep up the high standards!

The pools and garden were lovely, and the place felt like a paradise for kids. Our two-bedroom suite was just right for a family with two children, and we all enjoyed our week here in April. We liked the look of the rooms, and daily cleaning was thorough. Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. Service was impeccable, with everyone helpful and happy to meet our requests. I’d highly recommend it to families after a hassle-free holiday.

The spa and treatments were perfect for a relaxing break, and there are both cold and heated pools for adults and children. Lots of kids’ activities, plus an indoor play area. The location is just a few minutes from Cala De Mauro beach and the main promenade, and the main avenue with its many restaurants is close too. Our room was large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a great big buffet, and the grill restaurant was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Laura, David, Joanna, Bea, Carolina and Marcos, and to the Animation team, including Christina, Andrea, Marlene and everyone else who made our daughters’ holiday so special.

Our three-year-old loved all the pools, although the water was a bit cold. Having a two-bedroom suite made our first family holiday outside the UK much easier. We had a fantastic time at Prinsotel and loved our first Mallorca trip as a family. The food was okay, though sometimes a little cold, and the room could have been cleaner but was acceptable overall. The staff we spoke with were helpful. There was a steamer in the room, which was great, but nowhere convenient to hang clothes while steaming.
