The beach beside the hotel was peaceful, away from the busier stretches, and the water was a clear blue. We had a great week here. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the hotel has been freshly renovated. Our room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned quickly and discreetly every day, with fresh towels daily as well. The live music in the evenings was a nice touch.

The hotel is a bit away from the main attractions and city areas, so you'll need the shuttle or a rental car to get around. Still, I had a great stay. Staff were friendly and easy to find whenever I needed help. The spacious pool area was beautifully kept, with daily entertainment, and it was easy to walk from there straight to the gorgeous beach. I was also impressed by the gym. It had plenty of space, modern equipment, and good music playing, which made exercising more enjoyable.

My dog was treated so kindly here, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The resort is wonderfully dog-friendly. We also loved the breakfast, with lots of fresh, high-quality choices for different tastes, and the friendly, attentive poolside service was perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun. Sarena de Muro Resort in Mallorca is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. The rooms were spacious and nicely designed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I had some of my best sleep while traveling. The setting and hospitality made it memorable, and I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Getting around takes planning because the hotel is far from Alcudia and other major attractions. We needed a car. The beach nearby was beautiful and relaxing, and breakfast was enjoyable, with surprisingly good coffee. The renovations and improvements are welcome, but to me it still didn't feel like a true 5-star stay. The rooms seemed only partly updated, and the bed didn't meet Hyatt standards. Even so, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Carlitos from the Kids Clubs deserves special praise. Our little one didn't want to miss spending time with him. The place was wonderful, new and modern, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the food too. A perfect stay.
