There were no supplies in the house when we arrived, and we had to buy all the cleaning products ourselves despite asking management for them. The floors and patio needed cleaning, and cat hair kept appearing on the patio. When I mentioned it to the manager, they chased the cat away. The terms said animals might be present, but didn't say a cat would be there all the time. The property looked unclean, including very dirty vents, and its actual condition didn't match the photos. There were no spare sheets either. I asked for clean ones, and they agreed to change the beds. On top of the rent, we were charged extra for the electricity supply box (Esb). On departure day, they started mowing the grass at 9 am and treated the pool with chlorine, so it couldn't be used. The management were awful to deal with. If you're looking for a luxurious stay, I wouldn't recommend this place. Overpriced.

We actually enjoyed the villa, but some really underhanded business practices ruined the experience. Electricity was billed separately, something I'd never come across before. We also had to take our own rubbish 5 km from the villa, or face a €100 charge, which felt outrageous given what we'd paid. Check-in wasn't until 4 pm, while check-out was by 10 am at the latest. That's really pushing it.

No Wi-Fi, and the house had ants everywhere. The downstairs bathroom water wasn't draining properly, which left a foul sewage smell. The villa itself was fine, but be aware that you pay for your own electricity. Check-in wasn't until 4 PM, and check-out was by 10 AM at the latest. That's almost a full day less than what we paid for. Very disappointed with these practices.

The villa is about a 10-minute drive from Can Picafort and Playa del Muro. If noise bothers you, be aware that a dog barked and a rooster crowed in the neighborhood every night. It's a large property, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a big adjoining kitchen. The grounds are roomy too, with a large pool and shower. The furnishings are a little upscale, although some things could use updating. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms didn't work, and there was only one key or remote control.

The terraces have great mountain views, and the pool was lovely, with comfortable loungers. This roomy house sits pleasantly apart among farmland, about 10 minutes from Can Picafort. It's air-conditioned and furnished in a modern style. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms are perfectly adequate for a vacation home. A couple of minor letdowns: the kitchen isn't equipped to match its spacious size, and the grill looks like a cheap gas station model. Still, highly recommended.
