The pools gave us plenty of choice and never felt overcrowded, and we could find sunbeds at any time of day. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, and the housekeeping staff came to our room daily. All the staff, from reception and the restaurant and bar to maintenance, were friendly and helpful. We stayed for seven nights as a family of four, with children aged 13 and 8, and had a fantastic time. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of options, including fresh fruit at every meal. Everyone ate well, which can be a challenge with fussy kids. We were on half board. There were lots of sports activities, including padel, table tennis, crazy golf, and aqua fit, along with plenty of activities from the entertainment team to join in with. Thanks, Zafiro Bahia, for letting us do everything at our own pace.

The beds really stood out for me. I slept better here than at home, which almost never happens when I travel. We'd gladly return to Zafiro Bahía Alcudia. It's unusual for us to want to revisit the same hotel, but this one is an exception. We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is in a beautiful spot near the beach, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Thanks for such a great stay!

The gym was the only frustrating part of our stay. I'd like to see it made 18+. It's already quite small, and young kids were using the machines like a playground. It was annoying and really dangerous. Even with adults supervising, some kids were running around and using equipment the wrong way. Apart from that, we loved every part of our stay at Zafiro Bahia. The resort is gorgeous, right on the beach, and the pools are beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained, and all the staff were so nice and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive package and it was definitely the right call. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and dinner had a different theme every night. The food was always good, and we never got tired of it. A perfect stay, and I can't recommend this place enough!

The pools were great for adults and kids, and the beach was perfectly close. Rooms were clean and spacious, though the bed linen wasn't the best. The beds were still comfortable, and the air conditioning worked better than expected. The food was really good, and the service was great. The armband payment system worked really well too. Fantastic hotel.

We stayed five nights recently with my daughters and two grandchildren. The hotel was beautiful and immaculately clean, with lots of sunbathing spots, three pools, a great children's pool, and a playground. It's very close to the beach. Our room was lovely and spacious, overlooking the pool, and the kids club staff were really good with the children. We were self-catering, and it was disappointing that there were no cafes or bars nearby. I'd suggest going all-inclusive or half-board if you can find a good deal. Alcudia town and port or Can Picafort are a short taxi ride away, and there's also a local bus service.
