ZINC

I only stayed one night, so I can’t really comment on the restaurant, though it seems like a good one. They have two rooms too, and mine was tidy and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, and there’s free private parking on the property. The owners are from the Netherlands and are super nice. I’ll come back next time I’m in Alicante, and hope I get to eat there too. The seating area and kitchen looked very, very nice.

The food was excellent. Someone with me said it was the best meal they’d ever had!

A quiet, relaxing spot out in nature, away from the city. The food is amazing, and the menu changes every two weeks, which makes you want to return and see what’s next. I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

Lunch at Restaurante Zinc was wonderful, and we’ll definitely return. We couldn’t judge the rooms ourselves, but the owners said they use only two of the three available bedrooms at a time. There’s plenty of parking on site. One of the owners welcomed us and showed us to our table. Both the restaurant interior and terrace feel very inviting. We had an aperitif while waiting for the rest of our group, and heard the interesting story behind ZINC, which sounds like it has a great future. The menu changes every two weeks, with fish, meat, and vegetarian choices for starters and main courses, plus three desserts. The wine list is generous and good quality, and there are also water, soft drinks, and beer. The atmosphere and presentation were excellent.
