Hotel Spa Odeón

The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were spacious and clean, and communicating in English was no problem. The breakfast was very poor, with a limited selection. The bigger problems were the heating and shower. This was January, so it was cold outside and quite chilly in the room. The air conditioning didn’t work when I tried to warm it up. The refrigerator also didn’t work properly, and drinks were better left on the table because it was warmer inside the fridge than in the room. I only managed to get a hot shower on one day. The other days, the pressure and temperature were so low I had to wash in barely warm water, which was a major inconvenience. Street noise was irritating as well, though the hotel is on a fairly busy road, so there’s no real fix for that. I probably won’t choose this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at Sercotel during a business trip to Ferrol. The hotel is in a quiet area, and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The staff’s hospitality made a nice impression. I didn’t have time to try the SPA, but I’ll definitely do that next time!

The thermal circuit was the highlight of my visit to the SPA at Sercotel Odeón, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The facilities are modern, clean, and set up well for relaxing, with a soothing atmosphere and a range of treatments. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout. I’d highly recommend the SPA at Sercotel Odeón to anyone looking for a great wellness experience and a break from daily stress.

The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff were lovely, and Iris at breakfast was lovely too. The breakfast was fresh and cost €9, about the same as having one shirt ironed at the front desk. But the hotel isn’t worth the money in my opinion, and Iris being so nice is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. There aren’t many amenities for somewhere this expensive: no iron, umbrellas, coffee machine, or kettle. The mattresses should have been replaced long ago, although the pillows were comfortable. The rooms are very loud. You can hear doors in every other room, footsteps and rolling luggage echo through the hallways, and even other people’s morning alarms through the thin walls. Do see Iris for breakfast.
