The location and cleanliness were fine, but the apartment and hallway had a strong smell of pipes. We booked for three, and they hadn't left sheets for me for the sofa bed. They said they'd bring them the next day, but they never did.

The receptionist was wonderful when we arrived, and bringing our dog was no problem. The apartment was new, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The only downside for me was having two single beds, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable. Everything else was fantastic, and we definitely hope to come back soon.

We've stayed here for San Juan twice now with our two dogs, hoping to get away from the firecrackers, and both experiences have been really positive. The service before and during the booking was very good, and the location is excellent, with real paradises nearby to explore. The rooms are well placed away from the hallway and other walkways, so they're soundproof. We had everything we needed for a couple of days, though we missed kitchen paper and some towels. We knew from last time, so brought those from home. There were four or five firecrackers while we were walking through the nearby square. After that we heard no more, and we and the dogs could rest peacefully. One thing we missed was mosquito nets, since opening the windows on the forest side lets bugs into the house. I also didn't find the bed entirely comfortable, but oh well. The pet fee seems to have gone up quite a bit year on year, and feels a little excessive, though we appreciate that dogs are welcome.

The staff were wonderful and so attentive. I felt right at home, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I can't put it any better than that. Truly, 100% recommended.
