The hotel is very close to the slopes and cable car, and the skiing was great. Fresh snow fell while we were there, and the slopes were groomed and ready. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant, with something different available each time. The puddings were gorgeous, and there was a special children's area with sweets, marshmallows and chocolates.

I won't return because of the tobacco smoke smell in the corridors. We were on the first floor, and I had to put a towel at the door to keep the smell from coming into our comfortable, clean room. Hotels are supposed to be non-smoking environments, and management really needs to address this and enforce the legal requirement. The hotel was very clean, staff were good throughout our stay, and breakfast had an excellent selection, though I would have liked Greek yogurt.

We'd definitely stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Amina at the front desk was especially nice. The buffet breakfast was very well served, with waiters who were extremely kind and always trying to help. The hotel is close to the lifts, and each room has a ski locker with plenty of space for skis and boots. Our room wasn't very big, but that was fine since we were skiing all the time, and the bathroom was spacious. I did notice a tobacco smell in the corridors, and parking isn't on site. Otherwise, 5/5.

The ski station is an easy 100-meter walk away. Great hotel and perfectly located.
