The houses themselves are great, based on my experience and the other testimonials I found. But if you need help from management or run into a problem, that’s when the trouble starts. They don’t seem to care, and the customer service is so bad I can hardly describe it. The people are unreliable and incompetent, and working with them was awful. After six months, they finally replied. Thanks for taking that long to respond. That lack of interest cost me 2800EUR. You say I should contact you directly, but these polite public replies don’t help when you can’t get through to anyone because they don’t answer.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, plus a bit more. Outside, the mountain scenery looked like a postcard. The management team was professional and helped make the trip even better. It felt like a dream, and we’re sure we’ll come back.

We spent four days here in July with the family, and it was perfect for visiting nearby towns and getting to some beautiful hikes. The downside was the summer season: most restaurants in Baqueira were closed, while the towns around Vielha were full of life.

The apartments are lovely and sit right at the foot of the slopes. Luderna made booking, check-in and check-out easy, and the service was great. Just right for a ski trip to Baqueria.
