The people running the hotel were friendly and made us feel welcome. A young family had only recently bought it when my family stayed for one night during our week-long Camino Norte hike. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed. Breakfast was generous and excellent after a long day walking. They also accommodated my dietary needs and brought oat milk for me. Highly recommended!

We went with a big group of friends and family, six families with children, and had a wonderful stay. It was easy to explore beaches, nature and the town on foot from the hotel's location. The owners were warm and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout. The cozy hotel has plenty of character, the rooms were clean and well equipped, and breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of fresh options. We'd gladly come back.

The owners are what really make this comfortable, nicely decorated hotel stand out. I arrived well before check-in and had to wait, but they offered me coffee and a selection of pastries instead of turning me away. Breakfast was due to start at 8:30, but I needed to leave earlier, so the owner let me eat at 8:00 while he was still setting things up for everyone else. Such great hosts. I'd recommend staying here.

The host was kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. We had the whole house to ourselves, with a spacious kitchen and a washing machine. This has been my favorite place on the Camino Norte so far. I'd love to come back.

Of all 21 days on our Camino, this hotel's breakfast buffet was the best: plentiful, fresh and beautifully laid out. Antonio welcomed us warmly and treated us so kindly. The accommodations were sumptuous and thoughtfully appointed. My husband and I were cycling the Camino del Norte, and Hotel Casona Naviega Navia was one of our overnight stops. A MUST STAY hotel!
