The roof terrace and private pool are a real plus, and the location makes it easy to get to beaches, bars and restaurants. We’ve stayed in two different apartments here over the past few years. Some seem to be rentals, though I think people live in others too. If we come back to Nerja, we’d definitely check whether an apartment is available.

We’ve been coming for the past 15 years. The location is fantastic, and the roof terrace has lovely sea views. Highly recommend it.

The parking situation is the one drawback. Otherwise, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s clean, has everything you need and is in a great location. We’re enjoying the sunshine from the balcony, which has a magnificent sea view. There’s a rooftop terrace too if you want more space, and the pool in front of the building is very well maintained.

I visited a friend who was living in a tiny apartment here, with a kitchen that was absolutely impossible to use. She had to pay 15000:- a month for it??? That rent is beyond imagination. I live right in the middle of Nerja, a stone’s throw from "Balkongen", in a two-bedroom place with an open-plan living room and kitchen, and pay about half as much.
