It was a relief to finally have a trip go the way it was promised after several letdowns with other agencies. The destinations were as described, the arrangements were well organized, and the service felt attentive and professional. Our family came home with happy memories for once, instead of frustrations. This was a genuinely positive experience that brought back our trust in organized travel.

Kathrin makes sure the house is ready for us, clean and tidy, and even sees that the patio plants have been watered. It’s reassuring to know everything will be taken care of. The communal garden and pool are kept in great shape too. Staying here is a pleasure.

A fabulous place to stay, very clean, with excellent air conditioning and all the facilities we needed. It’s close enough to town that our teenagers could walk back after a night out. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday in this peaceful, lovely residential area. The house had all the amenities we needed, and Katy was so kind and there whenever we needed something. The town is beautiful too 💖. Thanks for a great stay 🙂

The house was clean and matched its description when we arrived. It’s a little tucked away in nature, which made it quiet. A lot of the previous problems have improved since the new agency took over. Katherine, the agency manager, was attentive and available. Air conditioning is included, though it switches itself off each hour and needs to be turned on again. That’s manageable and quite environmentally friendly, since there’s no need to leave it running all day and night.
