Centrico Apartamento Corona Playa Torrecilla Nerja

The sea views and lovely location keep bringing us back. We had another fantastic long weekend, and the apartment worked well for our family of four and our dog. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough. It’s one of our favourite places to stay.

Stepping straight out of the apartment onto the beach was a real plus, and the place looked out over the water. People can stay on the beach until the early hours, sometimes all night, though it didn’t really disturb us. Reception and the service staff were extremely nice and very helpful whenever we needed anything. There’s no air conditioning, just two large ceiling fans, but they kept the apartment relatively cool for us. The interior is aging, so it may not suit you if you want modern tech and high-speed Wi-Fi. We didn’t cook, though there were adequate cooking facilities, a large fridge, and food storage. Highly recommended.

The walls don’t block sound, so this may not suit you if noise bothers you. We’re a retired couple and it didn’t bother us. The apartments were clean, and the kitchen had the essentials for cooking. The listing mentioned a washer and iron, but they’re downstairs by the office, which was still convenient. Great spot right on the beach, with a nice restaurant and other places within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location made it easy to stroll along the seafront or head to the more touristy area around the Balcon de Europa. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, and don’t miss the cake shops! We really enjoyed our eight nights in mid-March.
