The studio has plenty of space, is well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. There were two occasions during our five days when the hot water had run out by the time we got up late and wanted a shower. It can also get a little noisy in the mornings when people meet and chat in the courtyard or entrance hall.

We had a very nice holiday in Nerja again. My wife went to the Escuela de Idiomas Nerja language school, which is attached to the club, while I cycled. Our ground-floor studio was about 50 m² and a good size for two. We’ve been staying in Nerja’s lively center for years, and this was the quietest apartment we’ve had. The beds were very large and comfortable, and the walk-in shower was huge. You do need to let the water run for quite a while before it warms up, but once you know that, it’s no problem. The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped but enough for two, especially as we usually ate out in Nerja. There was a Nespresso machine, and supermarkets sell the capsules. The apartment was very clean, cleaned weekly, and the bins were emptied each weekday.

Getting parked may be tricky, but once the car’s there, you won’t need it again. Burriana beach, the popular one, and Balcón de Europa are within 10-15 minutes at most, while restaurants and food shops are less than five minutes away. The apartment itself is very nice, with a well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, and clean, well-kept facilities.
