Those balcony sun loungers were perfect for lazy days, and the place was extremely good value. My wife and I spent 9 days at casa mercedes and had an amazing time. The rooms were spotless, the food was first class and very healthy, and the location was superb. Danny and his lovely family looked after us right from the start. We’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazing, with fresh eggs made to order and plenty of fruit. It’s only a short walk to the beach, small bars and restaurants, and an easy 20 minute amble into town. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is a lovely place to stay, and most rooms have lovely views. There’s a large terrace and a hot tub too.

Mercedes and her husband are fabulous hosts at this quiet, tucked away hotel. It’s exceptionally clean, and breakfast is out of this world, with lots of lovely fresh homemade produce. I can’t recommend the place enough. Hope to be back before too long.

The breakfast is outstanding, with so much fresh produce, and the rooms are fabulous, full of thoughtful details. We’ve stayed here so many times that I honestly can’t imagine a better place in Nerja. Mercedes, Daniel and Christina are excellent hosts and made us feel so welcome. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Nerja.

Spending time stretched out on the balcony in the sun, with the suite’s view around me, really made me feel, “THIS IS SPAIN.” The suite had loads of space, including a roomy bathroom and balcony, and the staff were welcoming. This hostel gave me the best experience of my 2 weeks+ trip around Spain.
