All the staff were super friendly, and the location is perfect. The rooftop has an honesty bar and jacuzzi, plus a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. It even has an air fryer.

We had a car and found it easier to leave it in the free lots at the start of Nerja, then walk the 6-10 minutes to the hotel. The location was amazing, and we loved the clean, comfortable room and especially the rooftop patio. A great three night stay. We'd recommend it and would come back.

We'd definitely come back, and I recommend this place right in the busy heart of Nerja. It's a family run hotel, and I had the pleasure of meeting the father, son and daughter. The family made us feel very welcome, and Hugo gave us good recommendations for restaurants, pubs and activities. For a late check-in, call the number to get the building entrance code. Breakfast gets 5/5. It's not a buffet, but a well put together meal of cheese, sliced meat, yogurt, jams, toasted bread, cake and coffee or tea. The homemade yogurt and jams were exceptional, and we enjoyed breakfast on the open terrace in the sun, looking out over the sea and mountains. Our room gets 4/5. It was pleasant, air-conditioned and had a balcony, though the bathroom area was a little small and could get smelly because ventilation was lacking.

The only real drawback was having to climb the stairs, since there's no lift. We were on the third floor for the sea view, and it was worth the effort. Our double room, number 305, was nicely decorated with tasteful furnishings, a balcony and sea views, and the bathroom was spotless. The French family were super friendly and made a fabulous breakfast every morning. It's laid back accommodation in Neja, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Balcony of Europe, shops and restaurants.
