The apartment was clean and tidy, and the B&B itself was nice. Getting around could be a challenge, though. To reach the apartment you have to go down two flights of stairs. The swimming area is reached by going back up those stairs, turning left down a steep road, then entering through a gate. There’s a separate kids’ pool, and another gate takes you to the regular pool, where you can relax on a lounge chair. Downtown Nérja is the other way, up a steep hill after the stairs. If walking is difficult for you, think twice. It’s a long uphill walk to the Mercadona, so I’d take the Über taxi.
