We had lunch at her restaurant in the port, and the scallops and rice dish were so good. The food and service were both top-notch, and I’d happily go back whenever I’m craving scallops. The apartment itself is great, right by the beach, and our landlady was kind and respectful from the very start. It’s a pleasure to holiday with people like this. I’ll definitely return! 🫶🏻

Rosa is a delight, and the upstairs apartments have a huge terrace with a 3+2 bed and even a shower for cooling off while sunbathing. We were there a couple of weeks ago and would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is right on the beach next to the port, brand new and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there, apart from a cutting board. It really is amazing!

We were three and had a wonderful stay on the top floor, which is one level up. The lower level has smaller units and no terraces. Getting in means using stairs, which are easy enough unless mobility is an issue. The apartment is very bright, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with good insulation so outside noise doesn’t really come through even when it’s busy. It’s also right by everything: a small supermarket 50 meters away, Spar about five minutes on foot, plus shops, restaurants, and the town hall nearby. The beach is just steps away, with a lovely terrace looking across the whole beach. Inside, there’s a large, very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, induction hob, plenty of utensils, coffee maker, hairdryer, toaster, microwave, air conditioning, cleaning supplies, towels, and sheets. We’ve made this our first choice for next time. Thanks so much, Rosa.

San José is one of the prettiest towns in the Cabo de Gata area, in my opinion, and the accommodation is literally ten steps from the beach. Rosa was incredibly kind and always available when we had questions. She also gave us suggestions for things to see and places to eat nearby. Thank you!
