Annika and Martin are friendly, attentive hosts, and it's an easy place to relax or get outdoors. You can rent MTBs for trails suited to different abilities, and there are good hiking and birding routes too. Paragliding is Martin's speciality. The buffet breakfast is varied and good quality, with a shared kitchen available. Historic Cortijo del Fraile is nearby, while beautiful, unspoilt beaches between Cabo de Gata and Agua Amarga are about a 20-30 minute drive in a hire car.

So many things to do nearby, from swimming and trekking to bikes and the gold mines. The place itself is wonderful, with lovely hosts and kind dogs, cats, and donkeys. Thanks Annika and Martin!
