The views are beautiful, and it's a great base for walking and hiking with easy access to the beach. The site feels nicely tucked away, though the small supermarket is a 1.5k walk away. The showers and washing facilities were good, with plenty of hot water. In January the restaurant was closed, and the on-site supermarket facilities were poor.

The setting is incredible, with beautiful surroundings that really have to be seen. The camp sites are gorgeous and feel private, and the bathrooms were clean and very nice. All the facilities are beautiful too. I've stayed at plenty of campsites in Spain, and this is one of my absolute favorites.

Las Negras is an easy walk away if you don't mind a hill, with restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket. The campsite itself is very quiet, surrounded by hills, and the beach is easy to reach. Its modern sanitary facilities have toilet paper and soap, and the surrounding natural park offers scenic walks.

My kids had a great time with the activities and making new friends in the playground. The quiet beauty here also makes it a lovely retreat for families and anyone who appreciates a peaceful landscape. As a painter, I found endless inspiration for my next series in the rugged textures and changing light. I can't wait to get back to my studio and put these views on canvas.

For a simple, comfortable stay with peace, sea, nature, and a little outdoor adventure, WeCamp Cabo de Gata is a great choice. The beachside setting works well for relaxing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Keep in mind that WiFi may be weak, and the accommodation doesn't offer luxury hotel service or high-end comfort. If you're after a pleasant, simple stay surrounded by nature, it's excellent.
