We were there for five days, and every single night a huge drinking party went on right below the hotel from midnight until 6:00 AM. There was shouting, screaming, laughter, loud music, and broken bottles. I can't understand how those parties are allowed so close to hotels where guests need to sleep. The room smelled like it had been shut up for years. I'm not blaming the cleaner, but apart from a new floor, everything seemed ancient with a sloppy coat of paint over it and patches everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable, I could feel every spring, and the blanket and bedspread didn't seem properly maintained. I ended up buying rubbing alcohol to spray things. The bathroom was awful too: every drain was clogged with hair, and there were clumps in the bath and sink. It was all very old and not clean enough. The place smelled of floor cleaner, not like it had been deep-cleaned with bleach. If cleanliness matters to you, don't stay here. I don't think it meets even the minimum standard. I had a reservation and, if you can still cancel, I'd pay the extra €20-30 a night to stay somewhere else. They somehow removed the review I posted in the summer, so I'm putting it up again. Giving even one star makes me angry.

We had a great 10-day stay. Reception, housekeeping, and the other staff all gave excellent service. The beach is nearby, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a fridge, table, chairs, and TV. Free parking, too.

The service was excellent, and the rooms were really comfortable with a huge bathroom. Everything is close by, including the beach. I'd highly recommend it if you're going to Noja.

The guesthouse is comfortable and pleasant, though fairly austere. Its best point is the location, just a minute from the beach, with shops and supermarkets close by. The free parking is a real bonus since finding a space near the beach can be impossible. The staff were friendly, and the guy who checked us in was especially helpful, sharing tips for restaurants and hiking trails. Our room was spacious, simply furnished, and had a mini-fridge. The mattresses were good, and the windows kept out noise when closed. In summer, though, that could make it sweltering, as there's no air conditioning. There's no elevator, so a second-floor room means taking the stairs. The bathroom and shared areas looked like something from a TV series.

The service was excellent and everything was spotless. The room itself was simple. It's very near the beach, with lovely walks nearby, and the free parking is handy when street parking is metered.
