We arrived to welcome gifts, and everything in them was delicious. The hosts were so warm and welcoming that we felt at home right away. The house is cozy and comfortable for families with kids, with everything you need, spectacular views, and easy access to everything. They also suggested places to visit, since there’s more to do than just see the unique Piedras Monastery. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say.

The owners were lovely and paid great attention to us. We had a big hug and many thanks for them. The apartment was clean and roomy, and the shared space with a pool table and foosball was a hit with both kids and adults.

The owner is exceptional. We really enjoyed the apartments, with their lovely reservoir views and location near the Monastery. Each one can host up to 13 people and has a big living room with pool and foosball tables, a kids’ play area, an outdoor patio, and parking.

After visiting the monastery in the morning and then again later, we had dinner and headed down to the games room for some seriously fun pool and foosball. Both are free. The welcome at reception was lovely, and there were two great little surprises that I’m keeping secret for anyone who goes. The place really lives up to its reviews, and I’d absolutely recommend it. My one small suggestion is brighter lighting in the games area. If they added a swimming pool and mosquito screens on the windows, I’d rate it 15 out of 10. As it is, still a 10.
