Hotel Grove

Awful experience. We'd booked two rooms for four nights, but chose to leave one day early and accepted that we'd lose the money. We told the man the night before; he seemed more reasonable than the woman. The next morning, while my parents were still in the room, the woman came in asking why I hadn't told her I was leaving, even though it was already paid for. We had breakfast there and were charged 28 euros. Afterward I went back upstairs for my phone, without having returned the key, and found the cleaning woman already cleaning the room. It made me think they wanted to book the rooms again while charging us for them. The woman's manner was awful, and the whole thing was terrible.

You can get a great night's sleep here: it's beside the center but far enough from the noise. The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself is clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Paco, Eva, and Gema are lovely, with attentive service and care in the details. They work hard and make you feel at home. The buffet breakfast is very complete, and the service is top-notch. We'll be back!

The family who runs the hotel made our week especially enjoyable. They were attentive and so friendly. The rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast was wonderful. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

For what we paid, the value was excellent. We spent five nights here in August. The rooms were simple but just right, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly, too. I'll definitely come back.
