The location was good, and the place was adequate for one night, but I probably wouldn’t book again if more modern guesthouses were available. Our room was dated, though the bathroom was modern. It was warm that day, and with no air con, we had an uncomfortable night. Check-in took about half an hour. There’s no breakfast here, but they gave us a ticket for breakfast the next day at a cafe near the start of the walk, which was fine.

Maribel and her husband made us feel so welcome in their home and business. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were good. Maribel used a translator on her phone to speak with me in English, which I appreciated. I can’t praise their generosity enough. A perfect place to rest on the Camino, 100% recommend. Thank you both.

It was a cold day, and we had to call to get the heat turned on. At some point during the night it was switched off again, which made getting dressed in the morning really uncomfortable. The location is handy for the Camino Frances path, but...

Everything else I checked in town was closed, so I saw the sign for Maribels place and rang the bell. She was happy to check me in. The room was clean, bright, comfortable, and nicely decorated. She even let me keep my bike inside overnight. The kitchen, dining area, and sitting area were all very nice, and Maribel was a lovely lady.

Cute, friendly, and generally clean, though a little rough around the edges. There was an odd smell when we checked in, which might have been us, and the towels weren’t as nice. Just little things. It was better equipped than most hostelas on the Camino, but in some ways less nice.
