We didn’t use the restaurant, so I can’t say anything about it. Parking was good, which helps since it can be hard to find a spot outside if you arrive late. The room and bathroom were fine, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were very clean. Very good value for money.

The hotel was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Just be aware that check-in is at 2:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. It’s a shame they’ve chosen to make guests’ stays shorter.

Consuelo deserves special thanks for her kindness and dedication. I’m very pleased with Hotel Puerta de Ocaña, where an unexpected incident was handled with great professionalism. Highly recommended.

The facilities could use a facelift. The hotel is on the outskirts of Ocaña and has three stars, though in my opinion that’s one star too many. In summer the air conditioning is set to a preset temperature, and they’ve installed a ceiling fan.

The shower kept losing water, so it was impossible to shower, and the cleaning was poor. The bed and pillow were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast had limited choices, and the staff weren’t very friendly. I don’t recommend this hotel.
