Rowan and the team went out of their way to make us feel at home, with a personal touch in everything. This lovely little hotel feels like a romantic hideaway in a small village in the hills beside a river, and the people who own, manage, and run it are amazing. Many thanks to Rowan n team! Hope to come back again.

The hotel is beautiful, by the way. I made a mistake with my non-cancellable booking, but they were very friendly and helpful in sorting things out for me.

The staff made the whole experience, especially at reception. Lorena and Leire were friendly, attentive, empathetic, charming, and so much more. They gave us great information about things to do nearby, and when our baby was ill, they kept checking on her and helped us however they could, with medical and practical arrangements. We visited in September with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and we're going back during Easter week. Donald served us in the restaurant and was a 10 out of 10. The facilities and rooms are stunning, and the food at both the restaurant and cafeteria is fantastic.
