The host was kind and easy to reach by phone, which helped when the reception area was empty. You can settle in at your own pace here, though the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. We also found the mattresses a little worn, so a soft topper might be useful if you're particular about beds. What stayed with me most was the quiet setting between Gorbeia and Urkiola Natural Parks. From the balcony there are wide mountain views, and the house is so peaceful you can hear birds and distant sheep bells. Our room had plenty of space, a big double bed, and a comfortable sofa. The shared kitchen, outdoor fireplace, free private parking, and Wi-Fi in the common areas were handy too. A lovely rural break with warm Basque hospitality.

The room was warm and comfortable, with good heating. The shared kitchen was simple, but it had a fridge. We visited in the low season during a spell of heavy rain, so there wasn't much to do.

The rooms themselves are pretty ordinary, but they do the job. Outside is where this place shines, with several dogs, a ping-pong table, a playground for kids, and a trampoline. Really good hotel.

Good value and a handy location, just a three-minute walk from town. The rooms are spacious, and there's a shared kitchen with a fridge and a terrace. The accommodation sits behind the main house, so you have to walk around to reach it. A very nice place in the countryside.

It was a lovely, quiet setting, and the room was large and clean. The wet weather did leave the room feeling cold.
