Hotel Cortijo Landete

The hotel itself was clean and nice, but dealing with reception left me stressed and frustrated in Granada. I asked about Alhambra tickets for the 24th. A male receptionist pushed me to buy right away, saying they’d sell out, and presented only one option at €85. I was at work and in a rush, and made a small mistake with the date. He booked them for Thursday without checking it with me. We arrived late and couldn’t use the tickets, so we lost €170. When I raised it with him, he was rude and accepted no responsibility. Later, he offered Saturday tickets for just €55, which made it seem that cheaper options had been available but hadn’t been mentioned earlier. The city was magical, but I expected the hotel’s staff to be professional and honest, and that wasn’t my experience.

We got an upgrade from the room we’d booked, which was a lovely surprise and gave our stay a great start. The room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and decorated with care. There were peaceful little details all around the hotel, and the pool tucked into the natural surroundings was a perfect place to unwind. The staff were welcoming, smiling, and attentive from the moment we arrived. It felt like everything was set up for relaxing and enjoying ourselves. A 10-star stay for us. We’ll definitely return and recommend it 100%. Thanks for making our getaway so special!

We were welcomed so warmly, and they upgraded us from the room we’d booked, 1109. It was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, huge TV, A/C, fridge, and bathroom supplies like shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The little sweets were a lovely touch. We had the pool and facilities to ourselves. Breakfast was very good and included what we’d asked for: two kinds of bread with tomato spread, pastries, coffee, juice, and eggs cooked fresh if you wanted them. The staff were fantastic, always attentive and happy to help. We stayed a couple of weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say. Great place to get away from it all, highly recommended!

Magnificent. We loved the pool, and there was free street parking. Granada isn’t too far away.
