It’s small but really cute and personal, right in the middle of charming Oiartzun. There’s a parking space at the back.

For what I paid, I expected much better. It cost 120 euros for one night, but the place felt like a hostel, despite keeping a hotel rating and charging like a three-star. My attic room was next to the boilers, unbearably hot and filled with a constant, infuriating noise. There was no elevator access. I couldn’t open the window because of kids drinking in the street, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud too. The mattress was the only comfortable thing; the pillow was hard as a rock and flat. They should have more inspections and set prices to match the facilities. I’m not going back.

I was delighted with my stay. The room was simple, but very clean and well maintained, and I was able to rest comfortably during a work visit for the day. The woman, who I assume was one of the owners, was wonderfully friendly and welcoming, helpful and attentive. She’s a real professional. Congratulations.
