We spent three nights at camping azul with our caravan. The site was very clean and in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back.

It’s lovely to be so close to the beach, and the bar has a nice atmosphere without getting noisy. You can take your drinks back to your pitch if you like. Everyone on staff at camping Azul was friendly, and the pitches don’t feel crammed in to use every bit of space. For anyone with an electric car, they let you use the 10A outlet at your pitch to charge it, which is very convenient. Some camps are wary of EVs, but this one isn’t.

The beach is beautiful and easy to reach, and the sea felt very safe for children. It stayed quiet even over the weekend, and there’s a pleasant little bar. Staff were very friendly. A few pitches are a bit narrow, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

The supermercado covers the basics and even lets you order bread. Prices are great, and the staff are nice and happy to help in nearly any language you speak to them. There’s lots of greenery from the trees and bushes, and the beach is right next door. We also liked the beach bar. A perfect spot for families or people travelling on their own.

This is our favourite site. The moment we arrive, all of us, especially our 2 daughters, can relax. It’s really clean, which is no mean feat right on the beach. The campsite and bar staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the food at the bar is great too.
