Heredero

I thought the location was quite good, and the service was perfect. I’m afraid I didn’t use any of the rooms.

The food service was nice. Maybe they could add some gluten-free or lactose-free options.

It was okay.

I’m sorry I stayed at this hotel for a night. The entrance already looks old and poorly cared for, and the state of the place made it easy to see it had been neglected: rubbish in the elevator tracks, dirty handrails, and smeared paint. I was first given room 222. It had no TV, the shower hose was leaking, and whenever someone upstairs used the bathroom there was a horrible, deafening noise. With so many guests, constantly hearing toilets flush, baths, and sinks was intolerable for any hotel. A staff member came when I called, but couldn’t fix the TV, so I was moved to room 211. That was even worse. A huge kitchen exhaust pipe sat a meter from the window, and its motor sounded like a bus idling. It was awful, shameful, beyond words. At 6 in the morning it was still running, so I got up, showered, and left the room. As soon as I started showering, the drain cover lifted and sewage water came up to the middle of the room. This hotel is worse than roadside motels. If this is a 3 star hotel, what must lower rated places be like? I’d rather not even get into the restaurant service, which was so basic and embarrassing. In my view, this is a place to avoid.
