We were seven and had booked the house at the far end beside the pool. It was in poor shape, with loose curtains, and it wasn't very clean. One bedroom had a strong marijuana smell. The heating failed all weekend, so the place was freezing. They lent us a space heater, but the breaker tripped while we were out that evening. We couldn't locate it, and nobody picked up the phone, despite that number being for after-hours calls. We had no electricity until 10 the next morning. A complete mess. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Pablo was lovely and suggested several places to eat, all of which were excellent. We would definitely come back. The room was clean and comfortable, with a porch set up with chairs and tables, as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. The accommodation has rooms and cottages with kitchens. It's close enough to Olmedo's center to walk, and there's free parking on site.

Manolo, the manager, is a charming, helpful man, but a complex this large needs more than one person to run it. The state of the reception area sets a poor first impression. We stayed in "La Cava Chica," a cave-like room with very little furniture. It was dirty and neglected, and only just clean enough. There's a staff toilet directly outside the room, and it was "used" during my stay. One night we were the only guests in the complex, with no security. It doesn't deserve its three stars, and I won't return or recommend it.
