Anna was a big help with planning our time and pointing us toward the volcanic area. The location was very convenient, and the service was wonderful. Breakfast was really well done, with lovely service too.

We had a great breakfast, and all the reception staff were helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the surroundings, with lovely nature just 200 meters from the hotel.

For a night or two, it’s a pretty good choice. The place is clean and okay, and the price isn’t too bad. Breakfast could be a little better; with that improvement, I’d give it 4 stars.

Really bad experience. The receptionist was very aggressive and seemed nervous. Dogs aren’t allowed even near the entrance. Be careful with this hotel.
