Hotel Casón del Conde

We were left outside for over an hour with a small child, and there were several other guests waiting too, just as confused and frustrated. The door was locked. We knocked again and again and called multiple times, but nobody answered. When someone finally arrived and let us in, there was no real explanation or apology. The service and organization were completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We’ll never return and definitely don’t recommend it.

We had dinner at the restaurant on both nights and it was excellent. Breakfast was generous and well prepared, too. It’s a beautiful, comfortable place with lovely attention to detail, and the staff were extraordinary. A great spot for switching off, just a short distance from wonderful Toledo. We’ll definitely come back!

The peaceful, elegant common areas were lovely for relaxing, and the location let us enjoy the surrounding area without giving up the hotel’s calm and comfort. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. From the minute I arrived, I felt at ease and welcomed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A charming place with great hospitality and comfort. I’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Giancarlo made the service exceptional. We came as a whole family for Puy du Fou and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Definitely somewhere we’d return to. Thank you for everything!
