Camping Orgiva

The food is great and the venue is lovely, in a good location, so it could be a great restaurant. But we've had terrible service on our last two visits and probably won't return. The first time, it took an hour and a half for food to arrive. On the next visit, service was slow again, the kitchen and front of house staff were clearly stressed and arguing, and we were brought the wrong order. The waiter, who seemed to be the boss, wouldn't accept that it was wrong, so I had to find another boss, who was more understanding and helpful. Maybe the management needs to change.

A peaceful, friendly atmosphere and quick service made lunch here a pleasure. I had the Menu del Día, starting with Salmorejo, then Fried Fish, and Flan for dessert. The food was all very good. It's a great location too, especially if you haven't visited before. Highly recommended 👍

We stopped at the restaurant while staying at the caravan park and ordered a burger and salad. The portions were big, and the cheese toast that came with the salad was nice. But the burger's fries were barely unfrosted and soaked in oil, while the salad was drowning in dressing, so nothing else came through. We then waited about 20 minutes just to get the check.

It was busy when we stopped for lunch on the way to our holiday let, but the place had a nice atmosphere. There were locals and people passing through like us, not just campers. The food was good and the service friendly.
