The pool and location are the only good things about this place. We were handed sheets and towels in a bag and had to make the beds ourselves. For the price, I expected the apartment to be cleaned and ready when we arrived. It's also missing a lot of equipment. I had requested a crib in the booking, but it took 3 hours to arrive. I had to call several times because no one had brought it, even though the request was already in the reservation. It's expensive for what it is, and I won't be coming back.

The area around the buildings is the best part: the apartment blocks are fairly new, and there are grassy gardens behind the beach. The beach itself was a letdown. There are rocks at the entrance or further out in the water, so swimmers crowd into the few clearer spots and can barely swim. We've been to many beaches, and this was one of the worst. We won't return.

What a disappointment. We went to see the area around the old Marina d'Or hotel, but everything looked run-down, nothing like it did years ago.

I had a very bad experience with this agency. When I booked, I said I wanted to stay for three weeks, through August 5th, and they promised alternative accommodation for the night of August 4th to 5th. After I'd paid €1,500 in cash and €911 by card, they told me there was no accommodation left and asked for another €110. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute. They didn't keep their commitments. I'll never come back and strongly advise against using them.
