After we booked, we got this message: Hello! The reservations department would like to let you know in advance, in case this is your first stay, that the apartments DO NOT HAVE a TV, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, heating, fan, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, sofas, or a swimming pool. Reception hours are also restricted: Check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Check-out: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Reception is closed outside those times, and check-in will be impossible under any circumstances. Thank you, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Best regards Delivered

The receptionist was really nice, which was the best part. But a lot was missing: no microwave or air conditioning, and in an apartment for four there were only two of some kitchen items, like glasses. We also had to wash the sheets ourselves on arrival, and reception hadn’t told us.

The location is good and the staff are polite, but the instructions for cleaning the apartment leave a lot to be desired. There’s no sink, fan, air conditioning, TV, or Wi-Fi.

Absolutely horrible, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The apartment was filthy, infested with termites, and didn’t have a microwave or fan. I’d take action.
