I felt well looked after throughout the whole process. The CEO was very involved and ready to answer questions or deal with concerns, which made me feel valued as a customer. The company handled things professionally and showed real dedication to customer satisfaction. For the service, I'd give them a perfect 10.

Ivan is lovely, and the rest of the staff really do their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartments are amazing, and they can arrange a car to take you where you need to go. It's also a perfect base for festivals in Benicassim. I'd always recommend staying here.

The apartments look like movie sets, but the cheap materials and sloppy repairs show through. The shutters broke on day two, the air conditioner barely worked, and there were no mosquito screens. They hadn't fitted valves in the shower drains either, so sewer smells came up into the apartment. The deposit took two months to get back, despite letters and phone calls. The manager who arranged the apartments ignored me and wouldn't come out. After I contacted every number I could find online, they still withheld part of the deposit, claiming charges for extra services that weren't mentioned in the contract. The person handling checkout hadn't warned me about any of them.

The apartment was really clean, and I'm very happy with the services. The area is great for families with children, and the company offers a transfer from the airport to the property.
