The beaches are clean, well maintained, and, above all, safe, which makes for a relaxing holiday. It’s a classic Spanish coast, with apartments, flats, shops, and restaurants. I’d take off a star because there aren’t enough public toilets. More of them would reduce the excrement around bushes and trees and the smell of urine in places open to the public.

The building is well maintained and highly recommended. It’s just a short walk from the beach, with pools on the top floor and swings and other play areas for children on the ground floor. It has 11 stories, plus the pools.

There’s plenty nearby, and La Concha beach is excellent and close by. The gated complex has several pools, including four on the roof and a huge one downstairs. It’s a great spot for kids.

The underground parking is useful in an area where parking costs extra. To use the pool areas, you need to keep your identification wristband on the whole time. Both the rooftop and ground floor pools have toilets and lifeguards. The roof is the highlight, with four pools set among artificial grass and lovely views from the 12th floor, away from street activity. Downstairs there’s a two-part pool with little slides, ping-pong tables, and a children’s area. The shared spaces are always clean and in excellent shape. It’s an 11-story building about 200 metres from La Concha beach.
