The kids have a fantastic time here, which is why we come for 15 days every year. There's a great atmosphere, it's peaceful, and the attractions are all worth it. The only thing we missed this year was the WOW Circus. Everything else is great!

The staff were very rude and unprofessional. They charged us a €121 deposit without warning because our checkout was 55 minutes late, even though the delay was justified and the apartment was left spotless. The key drop-off point is 5km from the apartment, and nobody from the cleaning team showed up during that time. None of this was in the terms, and they don't answer emails either. It's a shame, because the apartment has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and is right on the beach. The staff's lack of professionalism really affected the experience. Very bad!
